Rhodiola fastigiata
Perennial stems 50 cm long, 1 to 1.5cm in
diameter; flower stems 20 cm long. Leaf
alternative, linear oblong or linear
lanceolate. Corymb 1 cm long, 2 cm broad,
red petal. Flowering: June to Aug. Cold
hygrophilous. In fertilized or poor soil.
Thermolabile. Himalayas and Niamqin
Tanggulas, grassland, alpine scrub, scree
at 3300 to 5400m Yunnan, west Sichuan.
Medicinal.
