Meconopsis
betonicifolia Perennial. 30 to 90 cm high,
1.5m highest. Serrate rounded divided edge
of leaf. 3 to 6 flowers in upper axils,
blue or light blue purple, 5 to 6 cm.
White filament, orange anther. Flowering:
June to Oct. Moist and cool tendency. No
poorness tolerance. From southeast Tibet,
forest or forestedge, 3300 to 4000 m. Also
from northwest Yunnan and north
Myanmar.
