Rotund fruit, 3 to 4 cm; ovate elliptic
core, compressed, smooth. Flowering: Mar
to Apr. Fruiting: July to Aug.
Heliophiles, tolerant to drought.
Sinoendemic. South to east Tibet. 2600 to
4000m. Theropencedrymion. Southwest
China.
